The NanoDrop® ND-1000 Spectrophotometer will accurately and reproducibly measure purified protein samples up to 100 mg/ml (BSA), without dilution. To do this, the instrument detects the high concentration and automatically utilizes the 0.2mm pathlength to calculate the absorbance.

Key Features
Six different reference types available : 1 abs=1mg/ml, BSA, IgG, Lysozyme, user entered mass extinction coefficient, user entered molar extinction coefficient |
Concentration of protein is calculated and displayed as mg/ml. |
Reblank feature allows for the re-analysis of previous sample with a new blank |
Full spectrum data is automatically archived in a text delimited file on the controller PC and easily reviewed using the Data Viewer feature |
260/280 ratio calculated and displayed |
Sample ID field is key-focused for easy bar coder use |
Absorbance is represented as a 1mm path equivalent |
