A temperature gradient can be defined at any point in a thermal profile. A range of up to 24 degrees Celsius can be achieved across the block from left to right.Power across the block is controlled so that gradient set temperatures are achieved simultaneously.
The temperatures of all 12 columns are displayed during the run, making it easy to determine the optimum temperature conditions.
