This module is configured to measure the inherent fluorescence of 4-methyl-umbelliferone (4-MU).
Fluorescence is measured at 560 nm following excitation by the UV LED.
Relative fluorescent output at 560 ± 20 nm (user settable cursor).
Sample concentration is populated based on a standard curve. There are six choices of units.
4-methyl-umbelliferone is fluorescent only above pH 8. A representative spectrum of 4-MU diluted in 0.1mM carbonate buffer
